As an Assistant Reservation Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of guest reservations, from initial inquiries to check-out. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that every guest's needs are met, leveraging our state-of-the-art reservation system, SABRE, to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and process guest reservations using SABRE and other reservation systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and travel agents.
• Coordinate with front desk and housekeeping staff to ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.
• Handle cancellations, modifications, and no-shows in accordance with company policies.
• Monitor reservation trends and provide reports to management.
• Assist in training new staff on reservation procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all hotel policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date reservation records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Proven experience with reservation systems, particularly SABRE.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with Bali's tourism industry and local regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
