In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the performance of our CNC machines, ensuring that they operate at peak efficiency. You will also be involved in quality control, troubleshooting, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our production processes.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of CNC machines, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Monitor production output, quality, and adherence to production schedules.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of CNC machines to prevent breakdowns and ensure longevity.
- Train and mentor junior staff on the operation and maintenance of CNC machines.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure that all products meet the required standards.
- Collaborate with the production manager to develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the manufacturing facility.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the production team as needed.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the manufacturing or CNC machining industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing CNC machine operations.
- Strong knowledge of CNC machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Mastercam.
- Good understanding of quality control processes and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Valid CNC machine operator certification or equivalent experience.
