📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations and staff.,Prepare and cook meals according to the clinic's menu and dietary requirements.,Ensure food safety and quality standards are met.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Manage inventory and ensure timely restocking of supplies.,Train and supervise kitchen staff.,Handle customer complaints and feedback related to food quality.,Participate in menu planning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef or similar role in a healthcare or restaurant setting.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Strong organizational and leadership skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Experience with dietary restrictions and special dietary needs.,Valid food handler's certificate.
