📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing products to ensure they meet the required standards.,Identify and report any quality issues or defects to the relevant departments.,Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and standards.,Conduct training sessions for staff on quality control practices and standards.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the quality control team.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that quality control measures are effectively integrated into all aspects of the business.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality control activities and results.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality control role.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with quality control software and tools is a plus.,Ability to conduct quality inspections and testing on a variety of products.,Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be detail-oriented.
