📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize our e-commerce platform on Shopify, ensuring high performance and user experience.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints via email, live chat, and phone, providing excellent service and support.
• Process orders from placement to fulfillment, including inventory management and shipping coordination.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products and drive sales.
• Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends and best practices to continuously improve our operations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new e-commerce initiatives and projects.
• Provide training and support to other team members on e-commerce tools and platforms.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce administration or a similar role.
• Proven experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing principles is a plus.
• Certification in e-commerce or related fields is a plus.
