📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.,Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.,Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.,Prepare and submit progress reports, financial reports, and other necessary documentation.,Train and mentor junior engineers and site staff.,Comply with all safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering or construction management.,Proven track record of successfully managing and completing construction projects.,Strong knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and safety standards.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
