📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping of goods.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.,Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of products.,Implement and monitor warehouse management systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.,Train and mentor warehouse staff to ensure they are competent and motivated.,Conduct regular audits to assess warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Proven track record of improving warehouse operations and reducing costs.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the tea industry is a plus.
