📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage the daily operations of the company's fleet.,Ensure all vehicles are in good working condition and meet safety standards.,Schedule and plan vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Monitor fuel consumption and manage fuel expenses.,Oversee the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring timely delivery.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and expenses.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet policies and procedures.,Provide support to the Fleet Manager in achieving operational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Good knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license (preferably for a light vehicle).,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian is a plus.
