📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and reporting of internal audits.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Identify areas for improvement and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management strategies.
  • Lead and mentor junior auditors and internal audit team members.
  • Collaborate with senior management to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date audit documentation.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in internal auditing.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CPA, or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using audit software and tools.
