📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and meal service.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Manage and lead a team of kitchen staff, providing training and support as needed.,Maintain accurate inventory and ordering systems.,Prepare and serve meals in a timely and efficient manner.,Collaborate with the medical team to accommodate dietary restrictions and special requests.,Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to the development of kitchen policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a food service or kitchen management role.,Proven ability to lead and manage a team of kitchen staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Experience in preparing and serving meals in a medical facility is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.,Valid food handler's permit and any other relevant certifications.
