Cemerlang Furniture is seeking a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with our team of chefs, waitstaff, and other staff members to create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for our customers. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage the restaurant from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained, and that all health and safety regulations are followed.,Work with the kitchen staff to develop and implement new menu items and specials.,Train and develop the skills of the restaurant staff, including chefs, waitstaff, and other support staff.,Monitor and track sales and expenses, and work to improve the restaurant's profitability.,Communicate with customers and address any concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.,Work with the marketing team to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new strategies and technologies as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the foodservice industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with both staff and customers.,Proficiency in using restaurant management software and other relevant technology tools.,A strong understanding of food safety and health regulations, and the ability to ensure that they are followed.,A passion for the foodservice industry and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with remote management tools and platforms.
