📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Quality Control department, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulations.,Lead and mentor a team of QC inspectors and technicians, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.,Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Develop and maintain quality control procedures and documentation to ensure consistency and efficiency in the QC process.,Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.,Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.,Ensure compliance with international quality standards and certifications, such as ISO 9001.,Work closely with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Control, with a proven track record in leading QC teams.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and industry standards.,Proficient in using quality control software and tools.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the manufacturing industry, particularly in the production of goods, is a plus.
