In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring that the company's infrastructure and construction projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective and efficient procurement processes.,Manage the procurement process from tendering to contract execution, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.,Monitor and analyze procurement performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Ensure that all procurement activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.,Provide procurement support to project managers and other stakeholders, ensuring that procurement needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.,Develop and maintain procurement documentation, including tender documents, contracts, and procurement reports.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement and construction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on infrastructure and construction projects.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including tendering, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management.,Proficient in using procurement software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or other relevant systems.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
