📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow,Prepare and cook meals according to the menu and recipes,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards,Manage kitchen staff and ensure they follow health and safety regulations,Monitor food costs and inventory levels,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Develop and implement new recipes and menu items,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices,Excellent leadership and communication skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages,Experience in managing kitchen staff and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations,Knowledge of modern cooking techniques and equipment
