📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy in inventory management.
• Manage a team of warehouse operators, providing training and mentorship to enhance performance.
• Implement and monitor inventory control systems using SAP and Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular audits and training sessions.
• Optimize logistics operations to meet customer demands and improve delivery times.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance overall operational performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations or a similar role.
• Proven experience in inventory management and logistics operations.
• Certification in inventory management or logistics (e.g., CILT, APICS) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
