📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products and services.,Collaborate with engineers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather information and clarify technical concepts.,Ensure technical accuracy and clarity of all documentation.,Review and edit technical content for grammar, style, and consistency.,Develop and maintain style guides and templates for technical writing.,Assist in the creation of user manuals, API documentation, and other technical resources.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in technical writing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of software development processes and terminology.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.,Proficiency in using technical writing tools and software (e.g., MadCap Flare, Confluence, Jira).,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
