🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the electronics or tech industry.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing high-performing teams.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and customer relationship management.
• Proficiency in using retail management software, including Xiaomi RMS and Salesforce.
