📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain detailed cost estimates for building projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
• Monitor project budgets and expenses, identifying variances and taking corrective action as needed.
• Prepare regular cost reports and forecasts for project stakeholders, including project managers and senior management.
• Collaborate with project teams to optimize costs without compromising quality or timelines.
• Analyze cost data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards for cost control.
• Provide training and support to junior team members on cost management best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in cost control for construction projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in cost control for construction projects.
• Proficiency in using cost control software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Indonesian construction industry standards and regulations.
• Certification in cost estimation or project management (e.g., PMP, CCP) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
