As a Disbursement Staff, you'll be responsible for managing the financial transactions that keep our business running smoothly. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Process and manage disbursements using SAP and other financial software
- Ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices and other financial transactions
- Maintain detailed records of all financial transactions
- Collaborate with the finance team to resolve any discrepancies or issues
- Monitor payment schedules and follow up on overdue payments
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and other documentation
- Stay updated with the latest financial regulations and best practices
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial operations or a related field
- Strong knowledge of financial software, particularly SAP
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and practices
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages
