As a Field Mandarin Translator, you will be the bridge between Chinese contractors and Indonesian project managers, ensuring smooth communication and project progress. You will work closely with construction teams, translating documents, conducting site meetings, and providing real-time interpretation during project discussions. This role requires a deep understanding of both languages and a strong ability to adapt to the fast-paced nature of construction projects.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate technical documents, contracts, and project plans between Mandarin and Indonesian
• Conduct site meetings and provide real-time interpretation during project discussions
• Assist in the coordination of construction activities between Chinese and Indonesian teams
• Ensure accurate and timely translation of project updates and reports
• Adapt to the fast-paced nature of construction projects and meet tight deadlines
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both Chinese and Indonesian team members
• Provide cultural sensitivity training to team members to foster a harmonious work environment
• Stay updated on industry standards and best practices in construction and project management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in both Mandarin and Indonesian, with a strong command of both languages
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in translation or interpreting, preferably in the construction or project management industry
• Experience working in a multicultural environment, with a strong cultural awareness and sensitivity
• Proficient in using translation software such as Trados, SDL Trados Studio, or MemoQ
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of construction terminology and industry standards
• Valid work permit for Bali, Indonesia
