As a Finance and Accounting Specialist at Leo Pump Indonesia, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and providing financial analysis to support business decisions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Conduct financial analysis to support business decision-making and strategic planning.
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare necessary tax filings.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely processing and payment.
• Provide financial support to the operations team, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data for reporting purposes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in finance and accounting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a focus on financial reporting and analysis.
• Proficient in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements.
