📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations, including grievances, performance reviews, and training.,Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.,Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry and document management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
