Sentosa Logistics is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Assistant & Cashier to join our team. This hybrid role offers the best of both worlds, allowing you to work from our office in Bantul while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.

As a Sales Assistant & Cashier, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will also be responsible for handling cash transactions, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist in sales activities, including product demonstrations and promotions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Assist in inventory management and stock control.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide assistance with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or retail sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with basic cash handling and transaction processing.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
