📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain high-quality tenants for our retail spaces in Sidoarjo.
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify tenant needs and market trends.
• Manage lease negotiations, including contract drafting, review, and approval.
• Coordinate with property managers and retail partners to ensure smooth tenant onboarding and operations.
• Create and distribute targeted marketing materials, including brochures, social media content, and email campaigns.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to tenant acquisition, occupancy rates, and revenue.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build relationships with potential tenants.
• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail leasing, marketing, or a similar role in the retail industry.
• Strong understanding of the Indonesian retail market and tenant preferences.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maximizing occupancy rates.
