📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's operations, including production, logistics, and supply chain management.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.,Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and execution of operational plans.,Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality control measures.,Manage and mentor operational staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.,Conduct regular operational reviews and audits to assess performance and identify opportunities for optimization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role in a manufacturing or logistics environment.,Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing operations in a complex and dynamic environment.,Strong knowledge of operational best practices, including lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using operational software and tools, such as ERP systems, supply chain management software, and data analysis tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
