IRIS Indonesia is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team in Cilegon, Banten. This is an urgent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and has a proven track record of achieving targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the local market.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving monthly sales targets. You will also be expected to provide product knowledge and consultative sales advice to clients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to quarterly and annual sales goals.
  • Provide product knowledge and consultative sales advice to clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote the company's products.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to support sales initiatives.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and quotas.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
