📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports,Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards and regulations,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to management,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements,Manage the payroll process, including tax calculations and payments,Oversee the reconciliation of bank statements and accounts,Provide financial advice and support to other departments as needed,Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and financial projections

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations
