📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement and productivity.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts.,Assist in the development of training programs for employees.,Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and local language is a plus.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
