PT Property Maju is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Learning Development professional to join our team in Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals. You will work closely with various departments to identify training needs, create engaging learning materials, and measure the effectiveness of training initiatives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that meet the learning and development needs of the organization.,Identify training needs through needs assessments, job analysis, and performance gaps.,Create engaging and effective learning materials, including e-learning courses, workshops, and presentations.,Facilitate training sessions and workshops, ensuring they are well-organized and beneficial for participants.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to integrate learning and development initiatives into the company's overall strategy.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to junior staff members to support their professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a track record of successful program implementation.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and other e-learning authoring tools.,Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
