📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the quality assurance processes for our software products,Lead and mentor a team of QA professionals,Develop and implement QA strategies to ensure product quality,Work closely with development teams to identify and resolve issues,Ensure that our QA processes are in compliance with industry standards,Provide guidance and support to junior QA professionals,Continuously improve our QA processes and tools,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our products meet customer expectations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field,5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance,Proven track record of successfully leading QA teams,Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail,Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
