📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of membership consultants to ensure the successful execution of membership development strategies.,Develop and implement innovative membership programs and initiatives to attract and retain members.,Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential members to foster loyalty and engagement.,Monitor and analyze membership data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless delivery of membership services.,Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and establish thought leadership.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies related to membership management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in membership development and consulting.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams.,Strong understanding of membership management software and tools.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in membership management.,Professional certification in membership management or a related field is a plus.
