📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure documentation accuracy and relevance.,Create user manuals, API documentation, and other technical guides.,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, consistency, and correctness.,Assist in the development of training materials and tutorials.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Contribute to the improvement of technical writing processes and tools.,Provide technical writing support during product launches and updates.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Communication, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and accuracy.,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software (e.g., MadCap Flare, Confluence, etc.).,Experience with API documentation and user manuals.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
