Lead and manage the Insurance Solutions Business Development team, driving business growth and achieving sales targets.Develop and implement business development strategies to expand our market presence and capture new opportunities in Indonesia.Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key industry players, including insurers, brokers, and other stakeholders.Identify and pursue new business opportunities, both domestically and internationally.Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to position our insurance solutions as leaders in the industry.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of insurance solutions to clients.Represent Macquarie Group at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
