📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to ensure competitive positioning.
  • Monitor and report on pricing performance and revenue generation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure pricing strategies align with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify pricing opportunities and threats.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in pricing and revenue management.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on pricing strategies and best practices.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions to support the development of long-term pricing and revenue goals.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in pricing and revenue management, preferably in the aviation industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of pricing and revenue management software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
