In this role, you’ll spend your days planning and delivering Chinese language classes, creating a safe and inclusive classroom environment, and collaborating with colleagues to enhance the educational journey of our students. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and deliver engaging Chinese language lessons to students aged 5-12, using a variety of teaching methods and resources.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that fosters students' love for learning.
• Assist students with their homework and provide additional support as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement educational programs and activities.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate with parents regularly.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
• Promote a positive school culture and values, both within and beyond the classroom.
• Stay up-to-date with current trends and best practices in early childhood education and language teaching.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience teaching Chinese language to young learners.
• Strong knowledge of the Chinese language and culture.
• Valid teaching certification or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
• Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a love for learning.
• Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
