📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct feasibility studies and resource assessments to identify potential mineral deposits.
• Analyze geological data using industry-standard software such as Surpac, Vulcan, and Leapfrog.
• Develop and implement strategic exploration plans that align with company objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports to stakeholders, including government agencies and mining companies.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in mining exploration.
• Participate in site visits and fieldwork to gather data and assess exploration areas.
• Contribute to the development of innovative exploration techniques and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Geology, Mining Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mining exploration, with a focus on resource assessment and strategy development.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Surpac, Vulcan, and Leapfrog.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex geological data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and teams.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and best practices in mining operations.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or a similar credential is a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
