You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with donors, both individuals and organizations, to secure funding for our vital programs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with potential donors to present our impact stories and secure commitments to support our programs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with donors, both individuals and organizations.
• Attend fundraising events and represent SOS Children's Villages Indonesia.
• Prepare and present compelling reports and proposals to potential donors.
• Track and manage donor relationships to ensure ongoing support for our programs.
• Collaborate with the fundraising team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual fundraising goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service to donors and stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in fundraising.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in fundraising, sales, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful fundraising activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
