📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Host live e-commerce events on platforms like Instagram Live, Facebook Live, or TikTok Shop, engaging with audiences in real-time.
• Promote products effectively, highlighting their benefits and unique selling points to drive sales.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to plan and execute live shopping campaigns.
• Provide excellent customer service during live streams, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Use data and analytics to optimize live shopping performance and improve future events.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in e-commerce and social media marketing to enhance our live streaming strategy.
• Create a welcoming and interactive atmosphere that encourages audience participation and brand loyalty.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations during live events.
