📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver high-quality, engaging, and effective lessons that align with the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme curriculum
• Prepare and grade assessments, including exams, quizzes, and projects, to monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Develop and implement differentiated instruction strategies to cater to the diverse learning needs of students
• Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver interdisciplinary projects and activities that integrate language learning with other subjects
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation, creativity, and critical thinking
• Stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methodologies, technologies, and best practices in language education
• Participate in school-wide initiatives and events, such as cultural exchanges, language fairs, and community outreach programs
• Contribute to the professional development of the teaching staff by sharing your expertise and participating in staff meetings and workshops

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Indonesian Language, Literature, or a related field
• International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IB DP) teaching certification or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a secondary school setting, with a focus on the IB DP curriculum
• Strong command of the Indonesian language, both written and spoken, including proficiency in formal and informal registers
• Knowledge of the IB DP assessment criteria and requirements
• Experience in designing and implementing engaging and innovative lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, administrators, and parents to support student learning and development
• Passion for fostering a love for language and literature, and a commitment to the principles of the IB DP
