As a Finance Invoicing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the entire invoicing process, from data entry to client communication. You will work closely with our operations team to ensure that invoices are accurate and reflect the services provided. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will be crucial in maintaining our high standards of financial reporting.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire invoicing process, including data entry, verification, and approval.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
• Process and reconcile invoices using SAP or Oracle financial software.
• Communicate with clients to resolve any discrepancies or queries related to invoices.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax and financial regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all invoicing activities.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to senior management.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in invoicing and financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in invoicing and financial reporting.
• Proficient in using SAP or Oracle financial software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Indonesian tax and financial regulations.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
