You'll use tools like LMS (Learning Management System) and Microsoft Teams to streamline your training processes and measure your impact through data-driven insights.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Lead and mentor a team of trainers to ensure high-quality training delivery.
• Collaborate with department heads to align training initiatives with business objectives.
• Conduct regular training needs assessments to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and multimedia content.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in employee training and development.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the store.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR training and development, preferably in a retail environment.
• Certification in training and development (e.g., ATP, PMP) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and training software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant training tools.
